
As what I tweeted, will post about the Cardio exercise that I have been doing !
It was said to burn hell lots of calories in just 10 minutes! *screams*
Dont have to get out, dont have to buy things. You just need to bring along yourself and willpower.

Anyway, advice for you, once you get used to 10 minutes, replay it one more time for 20 minutes cardio workout to make it more effective!
